SYPNOSIS:
Andrew is a little robot who lives with his dad and mum. He loves playing football very much. One day, Andrew starts limping because his leg hurts and he can’t walk properly
His parents are very worried about this and decide to take him to the doctor.
The doctor checks Andrew’s screws and he puts some oil on one of his knees. Finally, Andrew can walk properly and he can play football again.

SCENE BREAKDOWN
Scene one: At Andrew’s home
Andrew is a happy robot-boy who loves playing football with his friends, but one day he starts limping because one of his legs hurts.
Scene two: At Andrew’s home
Andrew goes to bed because he can’t walk and the pain in his leg is getting worse and worse.
His parents are very worried about this, because they don’t know how or when it happened, so they decide to take him to the doctor.
Scene three: In the waiting room
They get into the car and drive to the doctor’s surgery. When they get there, they sit in the waiting room for a long time, waiting for the doctor to come out.
Scene four: At the doctor’s surgery
They come into the surgery and the doctor tells Andrew to lie down on the bed. The doctor starts checking all Andrew’s leg screws, but Andrew’s leg still hurts.
The doctor looks at his knees. He puts some oil on his left knee and massages it for a few minutes. Then Andrew gets down off the bed and walks across the room and he doesn’t limp. He smiles because he can kick without pain.
Scene five: At Andrew’s home again.
Andrew and his parents get back in the car and drive home. When they get home Andrew walks and walks and his leg doesn’t hurt. He can walk properly without limping and he can play football again.
ORGANIZATION:
A group of 4 students, after rehearsing and learning their roles by heart, must act this short play.
They must design the robot clothes using recycled materials (boxes, plastic bags, metal, etc) and they must decide the decoration for Andrew’s house, the waiting room and the doctor’s surgery.
